Heaven Came Down

HEAVEN CAME DOWN

It was for the world that heaven came
Down to earth in Bethlehem
For Man and world stood condemned
Conquered by the power of hell.

Death smiled and reigned supreme
Across the earth killing all
It was for life that Jesus came
And death just died at His Life’s call

It was to heal our sin disease
To pay the wages of sin He came
To set us free to make us whole
To help us get our heavenly goal.

He came to regain paradise lost
He did it in pain at the Calvary cross
Jesus came and set us free
And that’s our Christmas destiny.
